As a company policy, we provide a refund/return on any product once sold only if the product is in fresh condition (not worn/washed) and has tags/labels. Once the user submits the form, our team will evaluate if your order is eligible for return/exchange/refund. If your order meets the following criteria, we will arrange a reverse pickup, or as per Rain and Rainbow’s criteria, a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
- Exchange can be done within seven days of the date of delivery.
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact in their original packaging, are eligible for exchange.
- Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.
- Size exchange is available (in case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping cost of to & fro). Customers will be issued a refund if the desired size of the product is not in stock. (customer is charged for the third time)
How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The refund will be initiated towards the source of payment, which will be reflected in your account in the next seven working days.
Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange on the website within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try their best to help you with exchanges of any size. If the size you have requested is unavailable, we will offer you a refund of the same amount as the product.
Why is my exchange not accepted?
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Exchange/Return is not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or color of the dress; we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in color, finish, and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor, for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and the camera lights; please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Rain and Rainbow as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be completely accurate. Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
